Sales Manager Report Updates

Total Unique Received

The “Total Unique Received” column is now available in the Leads section of the Sales Manager Report (SMR). This removes any duplicate counts for a lead that was assigned to a user via different methods during the defined time period. “Total Received” will include duplicates if the lead was assigned to the user via different methods: new lead distribution, Open Leads, Manually Assigned or Custom Queues.

Custom Takes: see which Custom Queues a user took the lead from

Users can now click on the Lead Details for a user or the Total column for Custom Takes (when a lead is taken from a Custom Queue) and see which Custom Queue the lead was taken from.

AiThena AI Product Enhancements

Several updates are now available for various Aithena AI sales and compliance review programs.

Flag Report Enhancements: Compliance or Objection flags identified can now provide more direct feedback on call transcripts and flags identified the AiThena programs. Enhancements include:

  1. Client feedback automatically trains AI model for better future accuracy.

  2. Provide immediate reviews of Flagged items

  3. Add comments to transcript snippets of the reviewed call

  4. Ability to fast forward or reverse by 15 seconds in call recording player

Outlook Email Integration and AiThena Review (BETA)

Users can now sync their Outlook email account and have emails automatically associated to records. New AiThena programs will intelligently review the emails, provide alerts, and recommended email or SMS responses.

Communication Activity Sections

A new Communication Activity report will allow users to view all new calls or email event activity in a single list at the user level or lead level. Please contact support or your Customer Success Manager about adding the Outlook integration and AiThena products.

Communication List: by default shows any new call or email activity that day for all leads assigned to the user. Managers can also view specific team member activity. Users can filter dates to view more activity.

If event has an AI review, user will be able to view the transcript of the call or email and any AI review information. Below is an example of the call content by participant:

Lead Communication Activity: A new section within each lead called “Communication Activity” will show any / all email and call activity. Same call transcript or email view available as Communication list section.

Other Enhancements and Bug Fixes

  • Account Search: Wholesale lenders can now search by account.

  • User Impersonation: when a user is impersonated, it will no longer count as a login.

  • No labels
