How to Create a Flyer
Click My Flyers.
Click Manual Listings.
Create a new listing by clicking the:
A blank listing with the + symbol
OROrange The orange +button in the menu above the listings
Select a template and color palette when the New Manual Flyer/Select flyer template popup window opens.
Click Next.
The New Manual Flyer/Choose Builder Mode popup window opens. It has two options:
Listing Search: This allows you to build your flyer using real-time listing data. (The data is not automatically refreshed once the flyer is generated. To incorporate the most current listing data, you must create a new flyer or establish a connection with the realtor through My Network.)
Manual: This allows you to create a flyer manually.
Select Manual.
Search by Realtor Name
The New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the realtor popup window opens. It has two options for the information that will be included in the flyer:
Search for a realtor: Select from a list of existing realtors.
Create a new one: Add a new realtor.
If you select Search for a realtor and have previously set up the realtor, click the realtor’s name in the
dropdown list.
If you select Create a new one, the New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the realtor popup window will open. Enter the realtor information
(all fields are required.
) Click Save & Continue.
Enter the property information when the The New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the parameters of your new custom loan set popup window opens.
Enter the property information. You can enter the address into the Search Address field. Once selected, the full address will automatically populate the remaining property information fields.
Click Next.
Enter the MLS, school, and house information when the 
The second New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the parameters of your new custom loan set popup window opens.
Enter the listing information when the MLS, school, and house information. Click Next.
The third New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the parameters of your new custom loan set popup window opens.
Enter the listing information. Click Next.
Enter the property overview information when the 
The New Manual Flyer/Set Property Overview/Set the property overview of this flyer popup window opens.
Enter the property overview information. Click Next.
Upload up to four pictures when the 
The second New Manual Flyer/Upload Pictures popup window opens.
Once you complete the upload,
Upload up to four images and select the order in which you would like to display the pictures.
Pictures cannot exceed 5 MB.
Pictures must be JPEG or PNG files.
Click Next. to display them. The cover picture will be displayed in your My Flyers section to help you visually identify the flyer. Click Next.

The Set Loan Program Order popup window opens.
Add Discount Points that would be applied to all loan programs displayed. Click Save.
Drag and drop the loan programs into the order you would like them to display.
Click Preview to see how the pricing will display on the flyer, including any discount points if applicable.
Click View Details to see the best offer for that specific loan program and the two closest programs.
Search by MLS ID: Searching my MLS ID will bring in the data on the listing.

If no pricing options are returned by the pricing engine, but a template with pricing options was selected, the Pricing Options section will automatically be removed from the flyer and landing page. |
How to Edit an Existing Flyer

Click the three dots in the top right of the listing you want to edit.

Click Edit.

Click Save to save your changes.
How to Print a Flyer
Hover over the flyer you would like to print.
Click Print Flyer when it appears over the greyed-out listing.
Click Print. The system will generate a printable PDF.
Click the hyperlinked address of the property to open the flyer.
View the flyer.
How to Email the Real Estate Flyer and Landing Page Links to Real Estate Partners
Complete Steps 1-4 in the How to Print a Flyer section (above).
Click the Email to Agent button to send an email containing the link to the landing page and an attachment with the flyer to your real estate partner.
