AgentConnect — My Flyers: Manual Listings (Manual Build)

Description

The My Flyers section contains three tabs:

  • Static Flyers

  • Manual Listings

  • Shared Listings

The Manual Listings tab of My Flyers allows you to create property listings that can be used to produce flyers. You can select from several flyer options and color palettes that work to suit your branding needs. If you have a partner, you can co-brand the flyers. The flyers are saved as PDFs you can share with your real estate partners.


Overview

When manually creating a property listing, you have the option to use an existing property listing to populate the flyer information or manually populate the information yourself.

  • Listing Search: This allows you to create your property listing using real-time listing data. (The data is not automatically refreshed once the flyer is generated. To incorporate the most current listing data, you must create a new flyer or establish a connection with the realtor through My Network.)

  • Manual: This allows you to create a listing manually.

This article describes how to create a property listing manually using the Manual option. It covers the following information:


What’s Included in a Listing?

The listing, and flyers based on the listing, contain information about the following:

  • Property

  • Real estate agent

  • Loan officer

  • Available loan programs

The pricing shown on the flyers comes directly from your pricing engine integration.


How to Create a Listing

  1. Click My Flyers.

  2. Click Manual Listings.

     

  3. Create a new listing by clicking:

    • A blank listing with the + symbol
      OR

    • The orange + button in the menu above the listings

       

  4. The New Manual Flyer/Choose Builder Mode popup window opens. It has two options. This article describes the steps for entering all of the flyer information manually.

    • Listing Search: This allows you to create a property listing using real-time listing data. (The data is not automatically refreshed once the flyer is generated. To incorporate the most current listing data, you must create a new flyer or establish a connection with the realtor through My Network.)

    • Manual: This allows you to create a property listing manually.

       

  5. Select Manual.

     

  6. The New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the realtor popup window opens. It has two options for the information that will be included in the flyer:

    • Search for a realtor: Select from a list of existing realtors.

    • Create a new one: Add a new realtor.

       

      • If you select Search for a realtor and have previously set up the realtor, click the realtor’s name in the dropdown list.

         

      • If you select Create a new one, the New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the realtor popup window will open. Enter the realtor information (all fields are required.) Click Save & Continue.

         

  7. The New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the parameters of your new custom loan set popup window opens.

     

  8. Enter the property information. You can enter the address into the Search Address field. Once selected, the full address will automatically populate the remaining property information fields.

  9. Click Next.

     

  10. The second New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the parameters of your new custom loan set popup window opens.

     

  11. Enter the MLS, school, and house information. Click Next.

     

  12. The third New Manual Flyer/Set your parameters/Set up the parameters of your new custom loan set popup window opens.

     

  13. Enter the listing information. Click Next.

     

  14. The New Manual Flyer/Set Property Overview/Set the property overview of this flyer popup window opens.

     

  15. Enter the property overview information. Click Next.

     

  16. The second New Manual Flyer/Upload Pictures popup window opens.

     

  17. Upload up to four images and select the order in which to display them. The cover picture will be displayed in your My Flyers section to help you visually identify the flyer. Click Next.

    • Pictures cannot exceed 5 MB.

    • Pictures must be JPEG or PNG files.

       

  18. The Set Loan Program Order popup window opens.

     

  19. Add Discount Points that would be applied to all loan programs displayed. Click Save.

     

  20. Drag and drop the loan programs into the order you would like them to display.

     

  21. Click Preview to see how the pricing will display on the listing, including any discount points if applicable.

     

  22. Click View Details to see the best offer for that specific loan program and the two closest programs.

     

  23. Click Save to save the listing. A notification appears in the top right of the screen to confirm the success. The new property listing will appear under the Manual Listings tab. Note that if no pricing options are returned by the pricing engine, but a template with pricing options was selected, the Pricing Options section will automatically be removed from the flyer and landing page.
