Users can override the User Level Profile settings at the lead level by selecting the inTouch Action Tool for a specific lead.
Instructions
Open inFlow and select a lead.
Click inFlow 2.0 from the inFlow dropdown list.
Select an option from the Lists, Queues, or Workflows in the Menu Panel. In this example, we have selected New Lead and the leads are listed in the Record List Panel to the right.
Select alead. In this example, we are selecting the first lead (Mae Roberts) from the list.
Click the inTouch Action Tool icon on the Action ToolbarTools toolbar in the Record Details Panel that opens to the right.
The inTouch Action Override popup window opens. The Lead Level Control settings are set to the default, No Selection, which means the User Profile Settings will be used.
Click the drop-down menu for SMS.
Select None, Yes, or No to determine if SMS marketing will be sent for that lead.
Note: Any settings added/updated in the inTouch Action Override popup will be applied to the lead.Repeat the selection process for the Email and RVM dropdowns.
Click Update to apply the changes.
Set the Receive Email and Receive Text Messages toggles as desired and click Update to apply the changes.
A green notification appears in the top right corner confirming the successful update.

Auto-removed if email returns to Insellerate as bounced, dropped, or spam When Insellerate receives a message that an email address bounced, dropped, or was designated as spam, the email address is removed from future email sends from Insellerate. This helps improve deliverability rates over time. If the contact does make changes to receive your emails, then users will be able to reactivate the email address by changing the InTouch Action Override for the lead to Yes. |
