Create New Content Using the Plain Editor

  1. Click the Add Content button.

  2. Select Plain Email from the drop-down menu.

  3. The Create New Content panel opens with the plain editor tools.

  4. Enter a subject for the email. (This is a required field.)

  5. Create a new tag(s), select a tag or multiple tag(s), or select all tags from the drop-down list. Tags help organize content to enable users to sort and find applicable content. One or multiple tags can be added to the content.

    • Create a new tag(s).

      • Type a name for the new tag in the Tag(s) field.
