How to View the User Status Report

  1. Select User Status from the inSight drop-down dropdown menu.

  2. The User Status page opens.

    Select the filters you would like to see on the report. (See the User Status Filters table below.)

  3. Enter the report parameters in the Branch, and Team/Agent fields.

  4. Click Run Report. The report may take up to one minute to open based on the length of the time period and/or the number of Users users in the system.

How to Group Results by Column

  1. Select the column header that by which you would like to group the results by. In this example, we will use Manager’s Manager Name.
