The User Status Report is a powerful tool that provides a comprehensive view of all users within our system, organized by branch, role, and manager. This report offers valuable insights into user activity and helps monitor their current login status. This report allows administrators to identify active users and track their use of Insellerate easily.

The User Status Report includes essential information such as the last login date and time, allowing administrators to assess user activity and identify potential issues or irregularities. Additionally, the report features a column that displays the log-on history, providing a detailed overview of user login patterns.

In addition to user activity, the User Status Report also presents lead settings for each user. Administrators can quickly determine if users are set to receive leads and calls or are currently engaged in a call. This information enables efficient lead distribution and management, ensuring users receive the appropriate leads at the right time.

By utilizing the User Status Report, administrators comprehensively understand user activity, login patterns, and lead settings. This valuable tool aids in monitoring user engagement, optimizing lead distribution, and maintaining effective communication channels within the system.
