You must have a professional account on Instagram. If you have a personal account, you'll be prompted to switch to a professional account during the linking process.
You must have Facebook access to a Pagebusiness page to manage linked accounts.

Log in to your Facebook account. Click If you are starting from the Facebook business page you would like to connect, begin with Step 3.
If the last Facebook page you accessed (before opening your main account or an associated profile) was the Facebook business page you are connecting, click the circle with arrows icon to
switch back to
that business page.
Your Facebook
Click Pages in the left menu.Select your Facebook business page.
Click Settings.
Select Linked Accounts in the left column.
Select Instagram.
- Connect your account.
If you manage multiple Facebook profiles and pages on Facebook and the last profile or page you accessed (before opening the current profile or page) was a profile or page other than the business page you are connecting, click See all profiles to view the available profiles and pages.
Select the correct page to link to the Instagram account. (You may also click See all Pages to view only the available pages.)
The business page opens.
Click the Account icon.
Click Meta Business Suite.
Click See all steps inside the Get familiar with Meta Business Suite box when the page opens.
Click Connect Instagram in the Welcome, <business page name> box.
Click Continue in the popup window.
Select Log in as <user name>.
Click Done in the popup window confirming the successful connection.
The Welcome, <business page name> box now shows the Instagram connection status as connected.
Click Home to view the home page of the Facebook business page.
The Facebook business page now includes a link to the connected Instagram account. Click Go to Instagram to view the connected account.
