To view the call records, click the Call Records in the Total Calls column of the Marketing Report.
Steps
Select Marketing Report under the inSight tab.
Enter the report parameters in the Loan Purpose, Property State, Primary Agent, Date, and Branch fields.
Click Run Report.
The Marketing Report opens.
Click any call count in the Total Calls column.
The Call Records popup window opens.
