The application search now allows users to search by a variety of variables without having to make a specific search criteria selection. Users can enter a name, phone number, App ID, LOS ID, or other search criteria in the same search box and the results will be returned.
By default, the search is set to Borrowers. Users can select between searching Borrowers or Partners.
Users can enter the search criteria and the system will search all of the following fields to find a match. Additionally, the search results will be prioritized per the list order below.
If a user selects Partners, the following Partner fields are searched.
Users can view or take leads based on their permissions and lead status.

Search Types
The Global Search dropdown enables you to filter your search. Placing a checkmark next to a search type in the dropdown limits the search to that area. Depending upon your permissions, you may search within four possible areas:
Applications (default search setting)
Partners
Accounts
Customers

Each search type yields results specific to that search.
Applications
A search in the Applications area opens the Borrower Search Result popup window.
