Description

The Main Menu Bar includes dropdown tabs that provide access to each area of the Insellerate platform. It also includes a global search function, and notification and action icons.

Tabs

The left side of the main menu bar contains the following dropdown tabs.

  • inSight: Includes the Main Dashboard, My Pipeline, and all reports

  • inFlow: Includes all of the tools used to manage activity

  • inTouch: Includes engagement reporting, task management, AgentConnect, and the Content Library

  • inLead: Includes campaigns, distribution, inbound call routing, referral partners, and lead info

  • inFocus: Includes alerts and their priority

  • Marketplace: Not all users have access

  • Admin: Includes User Registration, Custom Filters, Custom Queues, Preset Reports, Org Settings, Workflow, and more

Quick Information Access

The right side of the main menu bar includes the following fields, icons, and toggles that provide access to quick information.

  • Global Search function: The Search function enables you to search globally through Applications. Partners, or Accounts.

  • Content Library icon: Clicking Content Library icon takes you directly to the Content Library.

  • SMS Notification icon: Clicking the SMS Notification icon opens a dropdown showing SMS notifications.

  • Bulk Actions icon: Clicking the Bulk Actions icon opens the Bulk Actions popup window.

  • New Lead Notifications icon: Clicking the New Leads Notifications icon opens the New Leads Notifications popup window

  • Leads toggle: The Leads toggle controls the distribution of data-only lead posts.

  • Calls toggle: The Calls toggle controls the distribution of calls for inbound calls received through Insellerate’s Inbound Call Routing feature.

  • Help icon: Clicking the Help icon accesses links to the Help Center.

  • User Avatar: Clicking the user avatar icon accesses the User Profile, password options, User Preferences, and system information.
