Description

The Referral Partner Report records how many leads a specific referral partner provides. It also records the conversion rates of the leads provided sent over by the your referral partners. This enables you to understand how leads provided by the referral partner are performing. Creating a partner in a web application or mobile application as a referral partner adds them to the Referral Partner Report. The results can also be filtered in the following ways to allow you to gain insights into your partners differently.Clicking on

How to View Referral Partner Reports

  1. Select Referral Partner Report from the inSight dropdown menu.

  2. The Referral Partner Report page opens.

  3. Select the filters you would like to see on the report. (See the Referral Partner Report Filterstable below.)

Date

  • Defines the time period of the report

Always defaults
  • Defaults to the current date when first opened

Branch

Always defaults
  • Defaults to My Branch when first opened

  • Branch filter lists out all the branch permissions of the logged-in user by which the user can filter grid results based on the primary branch of the application

Campaign

Always defaults
  • Defaults to All when first opened

  • Campaign filter lists out all the campaigns that have matching branch permissions with the logged-in user by which the user can filter grid results based on the campaign the application belongs to

Certain columns appear in the Referral Partner Report by default. Additional columns can be added to meet the user’s specific needs in any report.

Results can be grouped by column by dragging the column header above the column names. Column totals are listed at the bottom of the report.

You can filter down to add columns to a Referral Partner Report.

  1. Click the three dots to the right of any column header.

  2. Click Columns.

  3. Place a checkmark next to the column name you would like to add.

How to Group by Column

The Referral Partner Report results can be grouped by column.

  1. Select the column header that you would like to group the results by. In this example, we will use Primary Agent Name.

  2. Drag the column by the column header into the row above.
