Leads Details
Description
This article describes how to view lead details.
Steps
Navigate to one of the following reports in inSight:
Marketing Report
Sales Manager Report
Referral Partner Report
RE Agent Report
Click on the lead count in any of the Leads columns. The Leads Details popup will open.
Click the Excel Export button to export the lead details.
Note
The total number of leads in the Leads Details popup should match the lead count in the reports.
Columns
Column Name | Column Definition |
Date | The date/time on which the lead was created/posted (via inFlow or distribution) |
Campaign | The campaign to which the lead belongs |
Primary Officer | The primary agent assigned to the lead |
Original Assignee | The user with the original application assignment |
Current Status | The status in which the lead is presently in on inFlow |
Last Activity | The activity in which the lead is presently in on inFlow |
LOS Loan # | The LOS ID field value in the borrower’s inFlow |
Proposed Loan Amount | Current loan purpose value in the borrower’s inFlow |
Current Loan Amount | Initial Loan Amount - First of the borrower as mentioned in inFlow |
Loan Balance | Loan Balance Amount – First of the borrower as mentioned in inFlow |
Last Name | Last name of the borrower/lead |
First Name | First name of the borrower/lead |
Email Address | Email address of the borrower as mentioned in inFlow |
State | Property state of the borrower as mentioned in inFlow |
Phone | Mobile phone of the borrower as mentioned in inFlow |
Loan Rate | Current Loan Rate – First of the borrower as mentioned in inFlow |
Proposed Loan Purpose | Proposed Loan Purpose – First of the borrower as mentioned in inFlow |
Current Loan Purpose | Current Loan Purpose – First of the borrower as mentioned in inFlow |
