Active toggle switch

By default, the toggle switch

is ON. This allows you to activate/deactivate an inTouch path. Activating an inTouch path means tasks within the path will be executed as set up. When a path is marked 'Inactive,” it will not count toward your total of 35 allowed paths

inTouch campaign

• This is a required field.

• An inTouch campaign is required to classify inTouch paths. They are used to identify the marketing campaigns and/or the purpose of an inTouch path.

Name

• This is a required field.

• Any name can be given to an inTouch path with the maximum of 64 characters.

Description

• This is an optional field.

• A description may be added to an inTouch path with the maximum of 64 characters.

Custom 1 – 6

• These fields are optional.

• They can be used to create custom tags or display information relevant to a specific inTouch path.

Pipeline

• Provides an overview of all the tasks within an inTouch path.

• An inactive task will show up in red. An active task will show up in green.
