Four Content Types

  • Regular Email

  • This option opens the corresponding Create New Content panel. The Regular toggle setting is the default setting for the Add Content button. When set, the Create New Content panel opens, allowing full-feature content creation, including images and video links.

How to Add Content

  1. Click the Add Content button at the top right side of the screen.

  2. The Create New Content panel opens. Select the type of content editor from the dropdown list.

Content Permissions

The Content Library offers granular control over visibility, allowing users to determine who can view and access the content, empowering them to cater to specific audiences and branches.

  1. Select the More ellipsis to open the Permissions window.

  2. The Permissions window allows users to control visibility to the content.

  3. Set the Available in inTouch : toggle. This toggle controls the content's use in an inTouch campaign.

    • Yes: Content is available for an inTouch campaign.

    • No: Content is not available to be used in an inTouch campaign. This is the default setting.

  4. Set the Template Editable : toggle. This toggle controls if the content can be edited by a user when creating a task.

    • Yes: The content can be edited when creating a task. This is the default setting.

    • No: The content can not be edited when creating a task.

  5. Set the Available in My Pipeline Task toggle.

    • Yes: Allows for editing Branch/Role/User visibility settings. This is the default setting.

    • No: Will not display the content in My Pipeline tasks.

  6. Set the Archive toggle. The archive allows users to safely store content for records or future reuse, ensuring easy retrieval and maintaining content organization.

    • Branch: Allows users to select Branch(ses) from the drop-down.

    • Role: Allows users to select the Insellerate users that can see the content by their role in the system.

    • User(s): Allows the selection of the specific user(s) to have visibility to the content.
