How to Send a Test Email with Existing Content

  1. Select Create New Task.

  2. Click the Send Test Email button.

  3. The Send Test Email window opens.

  4. Click the From Agentfrom the drop-down list. This is who the email is coming from.

  5. Enter a borrower name.

  6. Click Enter.You can choose a name directly from the list or use the Search field to find a name to enter as the sender of the email.

  7. Select a borrower's name from the Application drop-down list.

  8. Enter the address to which the test email will be sent in the To Emails(s) field.

  9. Click Send to send the test email.

Note: The selected application will not receive a test email. Its purpose is to pull in any needed data for the test email.

  1. Open the Regular content editor. Created or edited content can be tested.

  2. Complete the Test Email Configuration section at the bottom of the editor.
