Action template send schedules are dependent on the Task send schedules
The task runs first on the schedule it is set on and after the task is run, the action items are sent to the results (applications) from the task run according to the send schedule of the action template
Default (sends immediately)
The action item will be sent on a per application basis immediately after the task is triggered
Day(s) of week
The action item will be sent on the specified day of the week at a time that is after the End Time and will contain results from the time between the specified start time and end time during each task run
Specific Date(s)
The action item will be sent on the specified date and time after the task is running
