Element

Description

Active Toggle Switch

  • Set to Off, by default

  • Allows you to inactivate/activate any task template for later use

Event-Based Toggle Switch

  • Set to Off, by default

  • Used to indicate if the task is triggered off of a single event or a combination of events

  • Automatically turned on when filter type Send immediately is selected for the task

  • Means the event-based task is triggered on a per event basis for a single application as soon as the task is triggered and is not dependent on any type of schedule

Parent Template

Name of the parent template

Name

  • Required field

  • Any name can be given to the task template with the maximum of 64 characters

Description

  • Optional field

  • May be added to the inTouch path with the maximum of 512 characters

Template

  • Mandatory setting for the task to be saved

  • An overview of the entire template set up

  • Allows up to five actions to be added

Triggers

  • Mandatory setting for the task to be saved

  • An overview of all triggers (filter combinations) set up to execute the task

  • Allows up to five triggers to be added

Schedule Run

  • Optional setting

  • Contains schedule settings for when the task may can be scheduled to run according to the user

Task Settings

  • Optional setting

  • Specific settings that affect the task results and how they are displayed

Path Button

  • Takes you to previous page (path setup)

Get Approximate Button

  • Is enabled for all status and activity filter types except Send Immediately

  • Provides an approximate count of results (applications) from the task if it were to be executed with the selected filters and triggers

  • Is enabled every 30 seconds for performance optimization

Add Dependent Task

Tasks (emails or SMS) can be combined (by an admin) with a dependency timer. This removes the dependency on how long a user has been in a defined status.
