  • Default (Runs Hourly)

    • The query range for this task is Previous hour to Current hour of the same day.

    • This task runs once every hour (it runs 24 times in one day)

    • For example: If the task runs at 2:01 pm, the results for the task execution will contain applications to which the filters are applicable within the time range of 1:01 pm to 2:01 pm. Therefore, the action items will be sent out each hour to the results to which the filters are applicable

  • Day(s) Of Week

    • The query range for this task is the time between the mentioned start time and end time on the day of the week mentioned

    • If the day of week is Monday, start time mentioned is 1:00pm and end time as 3: 00 pm and the next task is scheduled to run at 3:35 pm, the results of the task execution will contain applications to which the filters are applicable within the time range of 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Monday. Therefore, the action items will be sent out on Monday at 3:35 pm to results from the time duration mentioned.

      If there are 2 days of the week scheduled such as Monday and Wednesday, 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Wednesday

    • Selecting the checkbox for ‘Query to previous scheduled day of week’ means that the query range for Wednesday is from the previous scheduled day’s end time to current day’s start time (3:00pm Monday to 1:00pm Wednesday)

  • Interval

    • The query range for this task will be whatever the previous number of hours mentioned by the user as the interval

    • For example, If the interval mentioned is 2 hours and the last task was run at 10:00 am , then the next task will run at 12:00 pm and the results of this task execution will contain applications to which the filters are applicable within the time range of 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Therefore, all action items will be sent out to the results from the time interval mentioned.

  • Specific Date(s)

    • The query range for this task will be the time duration between the ‘Query start from’ and ‘Query end on’ of the date specified

    • For example, if the task is scheduled to run on 02/02/2020 at 11:00 am and the query start from time is 9:00 am and end on time is 10:30 am, then the task will run on the date and time specified and the results of this task execution will contain applications to which the filters are applicable within the time range of 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Therefore, all action items will be sent out at 11:00 am on the date selected to the result from the time duration mentioned
