The marketing Inbound Section displays information about the campaign inbound marketing calls that were made to any agent in the organization

  • Call count

    • The number of inbound marketing calls made to the agent

  • Talk time

    • The duration of the inbound call made to the agent

  • Unique Call count

    • The number of calls made to unique leads (de-duped leads)

  • Unique Talk time

    • The duration of the calls made to unique leads (de-duped leads)

  • Click on any of the call counts displays the Marketing inbound calls popup
