After Byte, Emconpass and Calyx settings are successfully configured within Superadmin, the user can log in and navigate to inflow to export lead details to the clients
The Export action tool within the right side of inflow will contain Byte, Encompass and Calyx as an option if the superadmin and user registration is set up correctly
The data being exported will depend on the fields and lookups mapped for Byte, Emconpass and Calyx outbound
Fields that are not included in the mappings will not be exported to these clients
Once lead info has been exported to Byte, Emconpass and Calyx, a new lead history will be added that of the export
Byte inbound sync automatically happens every 15 minutes therefore any updates made to the exported lead info within the Byte software will be reflected within inflow lead details upon refreshing the page after 15 minutes
An automatic Encompass sync happens every 15 minutes and therefore, if the user refreshes the lead details that was exported, the inbound sync will populate the LOS Loan Guid from the Encompass software along with any changes made to the lead details
Alternatively, if the user has superadmin access, the inbound sync can be run at any time by going to the Encompass sync page within the Encompass tab in Superadmin
Calyx inbound sync automatically happens every 30 minutes therefore, any updates made to the exported lead info within the Calyx software will be reflected within inflow lead details upon refreshing the page after 30 minutes
The data being imported will depend on the fields and lookups mapped for Byte, Emconpass and Calyx inbound
Fields that are not included in the mappings will not be imported from these clients
After the loan details are imported, the Los Status and LOS Loan number fields are populated with information from the Byte, Emconpass and Calyx software
