Exporting and Importing Data

After Byte, Encompass, and Calyx settings are successfully configured within Superadmin, the user can log in and navigate to inFlow to export lead details to clients.

  • The Export action tool on the right side of inFlow contains Byte, Encompass, and Calyx options if the Superadmin and User Registration are set up correctly.

  • The data being exported depends on the fields and lookups mapped for Byte, Encompass, and Calyx outbound. Fields that are not included in the mappings are not exported to these clients.

  • Once lead information has been exported to Byte, Encompass, and Calyx, a new lead history is added to the export.

  • Byte Inbound Sync automatically occurs every 15 minutes. Any updates made to the exported lead info within the Byte software are reflected within inFlow lead details by refreshing the page after 15 minutes.

  • An automatic Encompass Sync occurs every 15 minutes. If you refresh the lead details that were exported, the Inbound Sync populates the LOS Loan Guide from the Encompass software along with any changes made to the lead details.
    Alternatively, if you have Superadmin access, the Inbound Sync can be run at any time by going to the Encompass Sync page within the Encompass tab in Superadmin. See the Encompass - Sync article for details.

  • Calyx Inbound Sync automatically happens every 30 minutes. Any updates made to the exported lead info within the Calyx software are reflected within inFlow lead details by refreshing the page after 30 minutes.

  • The data being imported depends on the fields and lookups mapped for Byte, Encompass, and Calyx inbound.

    • Fields not included in the mappings are not imported from these clients.

    • After the loan details are imported, the LOS Status and LOS Loan Number fields are populated with information from the Byte, Encompass, and Calyx software.
