Problem
A user reported they were unable to export a file into Calyx PointCentral from Insellerate
Solution
1) Are any users in the Company able to export a new file into Calyx PointCentral?
A) YES – GO TO #3
B) NO – GO TO #2
2) Please contact support@insellerate.com and include in the email the following information:
A) No users are able to export new files into Calyx PointCentral
B) The last time a file was successfully exported into Calyx PointCentral (go to the Calyx pipeline view and sort by create date)
3) File or User specific issue? – ask the following questions
A) Does the user show the file was exported in the Lead History in Insellerate?
i. If Yes – go to next question
ii.If No – please export to Calyx LOS via Action Tools
B) Can you find the lead in Calyx via search by last name?
i. Yes – go to next question
ii. No – Go to D.
C) Was the lead created but not assigned to the User? Admin can search by the name.
i. Yes – assign the Calyx file to the User - Done
ii. No – go to next question
D) Does the First and Last name in the User’s Insellerate profile match their First and Last name in Calyx Point Central?
i. If Yes – please contact support@insellerate.com with:
- A User is unable to export a lead to Calyx. Issue not identifiable.
- Name of lead
- Time lead was exported Calyx (from Lead History)
ii. If No – update Insellerate User First and Last Name to match Calyx and Retry Export
