Calyx Point Export Failure

Problem

A user reported they were unable to export a file into Calyx PointCentral from Insellerate.

Solution

  1. Are any users in the Company able to export a new file into Calyx PointCentral?

    1. Yes – go to #3

    2. No – go to #2

  2. Please contact support@insellerate.com and include the following information:

    1. No users are able to export new files into Calyx PointCentral.

    2. The last time a file was successfully exported into Calyx PointCentral. (Go to the Calyx pipeline view and sort by Create Date.)

  3. File or User specific issue? Ask the following questions:

    1. Does the user show the file was exported in the Lead History in Insellerate?

      1. If Yes – go to the next question.

      2.  If No – please export to Calyx LOS via Action Tools.

    2. Can you find the lead in Calyx via search by last name?

      1. Yes – go to the next question.

      2. No – go to D.

    3. Was the lead created but not assigned to the User? Admin can search by the name.

      1. Yes – assign the Calyx file to the User - Done.

      2. No – go to the next question.

    4. Does the First and Last name in the User’s Insellerate profile match their First and Last name in Calyx Point Central?

      1. If Yes – please contact support@insellerate.com with:

        1. A User is unable to export a lead to Calyx. Issue not identifiable.

        2. Name of lead.

        3. Time lead was exported Calyx (from Lead History).

      2. If No – update Insellerate User First and Last Name to match Calyx and Retry Export.
