Calyx Point Export Failure
Problem
A user reported they were unable to export a file into Calyx PointCentral from Insellerate.
Solution
Are any users in the Company able to export a new file into Calyx PointCentral?
Yes – go to #3
No – go to #2
Please contact support@insellerate.com and include the following information:
No users are able to export new files into Calyx PointCentral.
The last time a file was successfully exported into Calyx PointCentral. (Go to the Calyx pipeline view and sort by Create Date.)
File or User specific issue? Ask the following questions:
Does the user show the file was exported in the Lead History in Insellerate?
If Yes – go to the next question.
If No – please export to Calyx LOS via Action Tools.
Can you find the lead in Calyx via search by last name?
Yes – go to the next question.
No – go to D.
Was the lead created but not assigned to the User? Admin can search by the name.
Yes – assign the Calyx file to the User - Done.
No – go to the next question.
Does the First and Last name in the User’s Insellerate profile match their First and Last name in Calyx Point Central?
If Yes – please contact support@insellerate.com with:
A User is unable to export a lead to Calyx. Issue not identifiable.
Name of lead.
Time lead was exported Calyx (from Lead History).
If No – update Insellerate User First and Last Name to match Calyx and Retry Export.
