New Feature/Enhancements

Lead Distribution Logic by Loan Purpose and Loan Type

Marketing admins can now set-up lead distribution based on the loan purpose and loan type.

  1. Set-up the loan purpose and types for each user in User Registration.

  2. Turn on distribution logic feature in each distribution group you want this to apply to. Works the same as State Licensing. Read more about Distribution Group settings

Lead Distribution Campaign Redirect

Marketing Admins can now post all leads, when required, to a single campaignID and define in the lead post which campaign they should be redirected to. Helpful if you are receiving purchase, refinance, and other lead types via the same form or have a 3rd party system that can’t post to multiple campaigns.

  1. Set an inLead campaign to a “Redirect” campaign

  2. Add “Lead Provider Campaign ID’s that are associated to the campaign. If more than one, just separate with a comma.

  3. Have lead provider add an additional field in the post called “LeadProviderCampaignId” and define which campaign you want the lead to redirect to.

Improvements

File Upload Size Changes

Updates were made to allow for larger files to be uploaded at one time for “Direct Assignment”. Based on the distribution type, file sizes are as follows:

Prospect Only (no distribution): 100MB

Direct Assignment: 5MB

Round Robin / Others: 1MB

If you have files larger than allowed, you will need to break the file up into separate files. More info here on how to upload leads.

Filters: added new date filter type to inTouch and Custom Filters

Marketing admins can now define a variable based time frame for lead filters.

Example: show me all leads that had Credit Pulled WITHIN the past 3 days. Data will be based on the three days since today’s date (variable).

User Status

Updated to work with more browser types so users are properly identified if logged in or out. NOTE: CHROME IS THE PREFERRED BROWSER FOR USE WITH INSELLERATE

Automated Logout:

Automated logout was logging users out before the countdown ended on some browser types. Fixed so additional browser types are included. NOTE: CHROME IS THE PREFERRED BROWSER FOR USE WITH INSELLERATE
