Lead Distribution Logic by Loan Purpose and Loan Type

Marketing administrators can now set up lead distribution based on the loan purpose and loan type.

1. Set up the loan purpose and loan types for each user in User Registration.

2. Turn on the distribution logic feature in each distribution group you want this to apply to. Works the same as State Licensing. Read more about Distribution Group settings.

Lead Distribution Campaign Redirect

Marketing administrators can post all leads to a single campaignID and define which campaign they should be redirected to in the lead post. This feature is helpful when receiving purchase, refinance, and other lead types via the same form or a third-party system that is unable to post to multiple campaigns. Details are found in the Lead Distribution Campaign Redirect article.

1. Set an inLead campaign to a Redirect campaign.

2. Add Lead Provider Campaign IDs that are associated to the campaign. If there is more than one, separate with a comma.

3. Have a lead provider add an additional field in the post called LeadProviderCampaignId and define which campaign you want the lead to redirect to.

Improvements

File Upload Size Changes

Updates were made to allow for larger files to be uploaded at one time for Direct Assignment. Based on the distribution type, file sizes are as follows:

• Prospect Only (no distribution): 100MB

• Direct Assignment: 5MB

• Round Robin / Others: 1MB

• If you have files larger than allowed, you will need to break the file up into separate files.

Filters: Added New Date Filter Type to inTouch and Custom Filters

Marketing administrators can now define a variable-based time frame for lead filters.

Example: Show me all leads that had Credit Pulled WITHIN the past three days. Data will be based on the three days since today’s date (variable).

Updated to work with more browser types so users are properly identified if logged in or out.

Automated Logout

Automated logout was logging users out before the countdown ended on some browser types. It has been fixed so additional browser types are included.
