The Test Email feature improves users' ability to test how emails will appear when received by a variety of end users. The test email may be populated with data from either a real lead or a test lead. The test email can be sent to a maximum of ten recipients, giving the user the means to see how the data will appear in the inboxing formats of various email editors via a single test.

Notes

  • The test email does NOT go to borrowers.

  • The test email does NOT affect reporting.

  • This feature works in both the old and new editors.

Selecting an Agent

The user may select an agent so that a real signature block and agent data are included.

Populating the Data

The user can select an application in the system to test any / all data fields that are included as tags in the email. This requires you to get the ApplicationID of that lead and manually enter it into the Application box.

Test Recipients

You can also add up to 10 test recipient email addresses for testing. This will allow you to quickly see formatting through various email systems (yahoo, gmail, outlook, etc). Each email address must be separated by a “semi colon”

New Editor

The new editor provides advanced editing options.

Old Editor

The older editor provides only basic editing options.
