There are two types of searches:

  • Prospect Search

  • Application Search

Tip: Reviewing the Prospects vs. Applications article will provide information helpful in understanding the Search features.

Note: When performing a search in a dropdown filter, partial matches will automatically display in the search results as you enter the search criteria.

Prospect Search

  1. Open inFlow. The Find Prospects & Create New Leads section will be open by default.

  2. Enter any of the following search criteria:

    1. Reference ID

    2. Campaign

    3. Last Name

    4. First Name

    5. Mobile Phone

  3. Click the search icon.

  4. The Prospect Search Result popup will open with results.

Prospect Search Result Popup

  • The Prospect Search Result popup displays the first 2000 search results. Multiple search criteria can be entered into the popup to narrow results.

  • Columns can be filtered and display results in ascending or descending order.

  • The Take button is available if you have a state license that matches the lead’s property state.

  • Search results can be exported to an Excel file.


Application Search

Applications can be searched from anywhere in Insellerate via the search box in the top right corner of the screen.

  1. Select the search criteria field.

  2. Enter the search criteria.

  3. Click the Search icon.

  4. The Lead Search Result popup will open with results.

  • Results displayed are based on viewing permissions (view permissions article).

  • Clicking a result opens the application on the right side of inFlow.

  • Search results can be exported to an Excel file.

  • If a red popup notification appears when attempting to open an application, you do not have the correct viewing permissions.
