Description

This feature uses the Windows native notifications popup (right bottom corner) to let users know if they will be logged out of Insellerate after one hour of inactivity. If the user is not viewing Insellerate but wishes to remain logged in, the Windows notification will prompt the user to take action.

Users must allow notifications from Google Chrome in their Windows notification settings and their Google Chrome browser notifications settings for app.insellerate.com. This article provides the steps to allow these notifications.

How to Configure the Google Chrome Notification Settings

  1. Open the Google Chrome settings menu.

  2. Click Settings.

     

  3. Click Security and Privacy.

     

  4. Click Site Settings.

     

  5. Confirm that the toggle for Notifications and Pop-ups and redirects from app.insellerate.com is set to On.

How to Configure the Windows Notification Settings

  1. Search for notification settings in the Windows search bar.

  2. Select Notifications & actions settings.

     

  3. Confirm that the Google Chrome toggle is set to On.
