Calendar Section UI

  • All scheduled follow-ups are presented in the Calendar section on the left panel of inFlow.

  • Four different views are available within the Calendar section.

View

Description

Day

  • By default, it shows schedule from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. which is the pre-defined work hours in a day.

  • Click the Show Full Day button to view full day schedule (5 a.m. to 10 p.m.)

Work Week

Monday to Friday

Week

Sunday to Saturday

Month

All days within a month

  • Click the Reminders button to view reminders. See the Reminder article for details.

  • A scheduled follow-up that is removed from the Follow-Ups section will also be removed from the calendar and vice versa.

  • Hover your cursor over any follow-up to display the summarized version of the note written while creating the appointment.


Create a New Follow-Up or Edit an Existing Follow-Up

  • You can create a new follow-up appointment within the Calendar section by double-clicking on a future date/time slot.

  • For an existing follow-up, the following actions can be performed by right-clicking on the follow-up tile.

Users can create or edit follow-ups from the calendar for other users.

Description

View

View redirects you to the application details (for which the follow-up is created) on the right side of inFlow.

Call

Call enables you to call the application on the phone number displayed. If the lead does not have a mobile, work, or home phone, the Call option will appear disabled.

Edit

Edit allows you to make changes to the follow up appointment only if the follow-up time has not passed.

Delete

Delete allows you to delete the follow up appointment. A popup will be displayed to confirm the deletion.
