Partner Campaign Overview

Before adding a partner in Insellerate, users need the Campaign to associate the partners in Insellerate. All partners must be associated with a campaign to add them to Insellerate.


Considerations for Creating Campaigns

Campaigns for partners can help you group partners together for reporting and tracking performance. Here are some of the examples of ways partners could be grouped into campaigns:

  • Partner Campaign: If you want to group your realtors, add them all to a single campaign.

  • Type of Partner: You could create partner campaigns into groups by profession. For example Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Contractors, Builders, and others.

  • Corporate Organization: You could group individual partners into their corporate entities. If you were working with real estate agents, you could create campaigns with corporate entity groupings.

 Corporate Example:
  • You have 20 Real Estate Agent partners that work for Real Estate Company A.

  • You have 10 Real Estate Agent partners that work for Real Estate Company B.

  • Then you have 17 that work for various agencies.

  • You may want to add three campaigns for your partners:

    • Agency A

    • Agency B

    • Other Agencies

Bulk additions of Referral Partners are not available via the upload tool. Options for bulk upload are:

  • API

  • Customer Support Ticket


How to Create a Partner Campaign

  1. Navigate to inLead and select Campaign.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Select the appropriate Marketing Channel. This is the marketing channel that the partner originated from.

  4. Select Partners as the Customer Type.

  5. Enter a Name.
    Note: Use campaign names that make it easy for loan officers to associate partners with them.

  6. Set Available on inFlow to No. This option applies to the Campaign set up for the Customer Type Borrower.

  7. Email Notifications are optional but typically set to Off since users will be entering their partners.

  8. Set Allow Open Leads to Off.

  9. Set Internal Transfer Campaign to Off.

  10. Set Property Profile Auto Sync to Off.

  11. SMS Enabled is optional but is typically set to On if you want loan officers to be able to text partners.

  12. SMS Consent Required is optional but is typically set to On and requires a partner to provide initial consent for texts.

  13. Select the marketing source for the partner relationship for the Lead Vendor. (Click the + icon to add a new lead vendor source if necessary.)

  14. Set Lead Template to Insellerate.

  15. Select the initial status for a newly added partner.

  16. Select the initial activity for a newly added partner.

All other fields are optional for Partner Campaigns.
