How to set up and Record a Voicemail

1. Set the Voicemail / Find me Follow me Toggle to On

   

2. Click the Record a New Voicemail Button

   

3. This will start the voice recorder

   • Record your message and click stop when you are done

     

4. Playback your recorded voicemail

   

5. Use the Record New Voicemail button to re-record the voicemail if necessary.

   

6. Click the Upload button to add the Voicemail.

   

How to Check Your Voicemail

1. Click on the voicemail icon on the WebPhone

   

2. Click on the Voicemail to open up the recording panel.

   

3. Options in the Recording Panel

   

   1. Play: Playback the recorded message

   2. Volume: Adjust the volume up and down

   3. Download: Download a copy of the message

   4. Hide: Remove the voicemail from the display view
