The Email Details – Opened pop up contains lead details of the applications who clicked on links included in the emails delivered. The lead details reflect information in inflow such as Primary agent, Current status, Last activity, First Name, Last name etc. The email body can also be viewed by hovering over the ‘envelope’ icon in the Email body column similar to the Email details- Delivered pop up. The Email details pop up data can be exported using the Excel Export button on the top-left hand corner of the popup modal
