New Features / Improvements
Lead & Call Control Toggles: Users now have the ability to turn either leads or calls on / off. This is an improvement for when the “Leads” toggle controlled both internet lead post and inbound calls.
Note: if you log off, the toggle will remain in the state defined at that time. The next time you log in, both toggles will automatically be turned to “On” by default.
Bulk Actions - Unassigned Leads: users with permissions for Bulk Actions can now assign “Unassigned” leads to users in bulk. State licensing will also be automatically applied to the lead list once a user is selected.
