Journey by role

Journey by Topic
Training Journey with a series of videos targeting features by topics in the system. The average time is less than ten minutes. Topics include: inSight | inFlow | inTouch | inLead | Admin

Duplicate Management:

When applying a filter in duplicate management, the filter was only applied to one of the records in the duplicate group. This enhancement applies the filters to ALL records within a group.

Original Assignee:

The original assignee was displaying as the User ID. The system has been updated to display the user name.

Bugs

Open Lead CAP Exceeded

Issue: Users did not display an error when they attempted to “Take” leads beyond their set lead cap. The following error displays: “The daily open lead cap has been reached. Please try again tomorrow.”

Status: Resolved

MY Pipeline

Issue: The system was allowing users to remove required fields from reports; therefore, these reports were not working.
