As admins, your role is essential in setting up users in AgentConnect. You must set up a user and connect them to your organization's pricing engine for users to access all of the features in AgentConnect.

This article describes how to set up a user in AgentConnect

Setting Up a User with AgentConnect

This section describes the required fields when setting up a user.

  1. Select Admin from the main menu.

  2. Select User Registration. The User Registration/Manage and Edit Users page opens.

  3. Search for the user you would like to set up for AgentConnect.

  4. Click the pencil icon to open the User Registration page of the user you would like to edit.

  5. Open the AgentConnect section.

  6. Validate the AgentConnect connection. The Branch NMLS, Brand ID, and User ID fields should contain data. If you see data in these fields, the user is connected to AgentConnect.

Troubleshooting

  • If you do not see the data, make sure your Branch, Brand Association and user are associated to the branch.

  • Validate that the user has the required fields in the User Reqistration Basic Information section:

    • Branch

    • NMLS contains data.

    • Email contains data.


Additional Fields

This section describes the optional fields when setting up a user.

  • About Me: Use this section to add information about the loan officer.

  • Enable Flyer Notifications toggle: Flyer notifications will send an email to a loan officer when someone visits a landing page from a flyer, or anywhere they post a link. The default setting is that the toggle is set to Yes.

  • Office Phone: Enter the office phone number for the loan officer.

  • Facebook Link: Enter the link to the user's Business Facebook page.


    Click the link validation tool to ensure the link is working.

  • LinkedIn Link: Enter the link to the user's LinkedIn page.


    Click the link validation tool to ensure the link is working.

  • Website: Enter the website for the user.


    Click the link validation tool to ensure the link is working.

  • Logo Link: Enter the logo link for the user.


    Click the link validation tool to ensure the link is working.

  • Special Disclosure Link: Enter the Special Disclosure link.


    Click the link validation tool to ensure the link is working.

  • User Disclaimer: Enter the User Disclosure.
