Description
The User Status Report provides a comprehensive view of all users in the Insellerate system organized by branch, role, and manager. Administrators can use the report to identify current users and track their activity.
The User Status Report includes essential information that allows administrators to assess user activity, review login patterns, and identify potential issues or irregularities. The report also presents lead settings for each user. Administrators can quickly determine if users are set to receive leads and calls or are currently engaged in a call. This information enables efficient lead distribution and management, ensuring users receive the appropriate leads at the right time.
By utilizing the User Status Report, administrators can gain a comprehensive understanding of user activity, login patterns, and lead settings. This valuable tool aids in monitoring user engagement, optimizing lead distribution, and maintaining effective communication channels within the system.

How to View the User Status Report
Select User Status from the inSight drop-down menu.
The User Status page opens.
Select which filters you would like to use from the Branch and Team/Agent drop-down menus.
Click Run Report. The report may take up to one minute to open based on the length of the time period and/or the number of users in the system.
The screen displaying the report data opens. (See the User Status Columns table below for a description of the data contained in each column.)

How to Group Results by Column
The User Status Report results can be grouped by column.
Select the column header by which you would like to group the results. In this example, we will use Manager’s Name.
Drag the column by the column header into the row above.
The results will now be sorted by the Manager’s Name.
