This article describes alerts and prioritized alerts.

What is an Alert?

Alerts are used to notify you when it’s time to complete the next activity for an application. The left sidebar panel of inFlow will display your Alerts with the most recent alert on top.

What is a Prioritized Alert?

When the Alert Prioritization feature is active, your alerts are prioritized by the next best action you should take based on rules defined by your company. The left sidebar panel of inFlow will display your Prioritized Alerts.
