What is an Alert?
Alerts are used to notify you when it’s time to complete the next activity for an application. Clicking Alerts in the left sidebar panel of inFlow will display your alerts in the Records Detail section to the right with the most recent alert on top.
What is a Prioritized Alert?
When the Alert Prioritization feature is active, your alerts are prioritized by the next best action you should take based on rules defined by your company. Clicking Prioritized Alerts in the left sidebar panel of inFlow will display your prioritized alerts in the Records Detail section to the right with the highest priority alert on top.
