The Follow Ups section shows all scheduled events you have created or others have created on your behalf. It contains the same data as your calendar but displays the events in a list rather than calendar format.

Automated Reminder(s)
The system allows users to create, edit, view, and complete follow-ups for others. The permissions are based on branch and role. Contact Insellerate Support to enable the permissions for this feature. |
All scheduled follow-ups are presented in the Follow Ups section on the left panel of inFlow.
When the toggle is OFF, it displays all follow-ups from seven days ago and one day in the future ( >= -7 days and <= +1 day).
When the toggle is ON/ALL, it displays all follow-ups from seven days ago and everything after ( >= -7 days).
Users can expand each row in the Follow Up section to view notes added to the follow-up.
Clicking on any row redirects you to the lead’s details on the right side of inFlow.
Users can mark follow-ups as Complete by placing a checkmark in the Complete/Incomplete box.
Users can delete any follow-up using the Trash button present in each row. Deleting a follow-up does not remove the follow-up notes saved in the Notes section of the application.
