Description

SMS From User

A specific user, who is not an org admin, can be selected from whom to send the SMS.

Default SMS From User

A default user, who is not an org admin, must be selected in the event that the user/role from which the SMS is to be sent does not have an SMS number.

SMS From Role

A single or multiple organization role(s) can be selected from which to send the SMS.

Primary Agent

This checkbox can be checked to indicate the SMS will be sent from the primary agent’s SMS number.

SMS To(s)

An agent or borrower can be selected as the SMS recipient.

SMS To Phone Number(s)

Custom phone numbers can be manually entered to receive an SMS.

Loan SMS Contents

  • This dropdown contains a list of already saved SMS body content with which to populate the SMS body.

  • Any new SMS body content written will need to be saved and will be added to the list.

  • Previously added SMS body content can be updated and saved.

SMS Body

  • This is required and contains the content that will be displayed in the message.

  • The SMS body has a limit of 910 characters.

  • A SAVE button appears when user tries to edit or add the body content.

SMS Body Tokens

  • This dropdown contains a list of all library fields per organization that can be added as tokens in the SMS body.

  • The tokens will auto-populate lead details from inFlow of the application who receives the SMS.


Limits

The system limits the maximum number of SMS messages that can be sent daily. These limits are set at the organization level as a layer of protection and are in place to protect your number and domain reputation against accidental sends to large data sets. The daily limitations are set at 10,000.


Task Button

A warning popup notification is displayed when the user clicks back to the Task button without saving the edited or newly added SMS body.

 


Cancel Button

A message is displayed when the user clicks the Cancel button without saving the edited or newly added SMS body. Clicking the Confirm returns the user to the inTouch main page.
