  • inFlow: A new permission was added to prevent loan officers from Taking their leads from the Open Leads Queue. Contact Customer Support with questions and to get permission added to your organization.

  • Admin User Registration additional Script Fields: additional files section with custom fields for organization use and tracking. Contact Customer support to discuss ideas and rename fields.

  • ICR Call routing was enhanced for more accurate call routing tracking of call attempts.

  • Content Library Pilot (Enhancements)

    • Test Emails will allow you to preview the content you are going to send

    • Edit Content will allow you to edit the content from within the Content Library

      • Edit content is a permission-based

• Review of upcoming roadmap
