Description
Administrators can define groups of agents who can receive leads via campaigns.
Main Grid
The main grid contains a list of all Distribution Groups that exist within an organization.

Columns
Column Name | Column Filter Type | Description |

Name | Multi+search | This column displays the name of the Distribution Group as saved within the Distribution Group. |
Distribution | Multi+search | This column displays the description as saved within the Distribution Group. |
Require State License | Multi+search | If the Require State License toggle switch is turned On for the Distribution Group, a green check mark is displayed. If the Require State License toggle switch is turned Off for the Distribution Group, a grey check mark is displayed.

Require Login | Multi+search | If the Require Login toggle switch is turned On for the Distribution Group, a green check mark is displayed. If the Require Login toggle switch is turned Off for the Distribution Group, a grey check mark is displayed.

Require Loan Type | Multi+search | The loan types selected within the Distribution Group are grouped together and displayed in the form of a blue link with the count of the number of loan types selected Hovering over the link will display the list of the loan types

Require Loan Purpose Type | Multi+search | The loan purpose types selected within the Distribution Group are grouped together and displayed in the form of a blue link with the count of the number of loan purposes selected. Hovering over the link displays the list of the loan purposes.

Roles | Multi+search | The roles selected within the Distribution Group are grouped together and displayed in the form of a blue link with the count of the number of roles selected Hovering over the link displays the list of the roles selected.

Supervisors | Multi+search | If a supervisor is selected within the Distribution Group, the supervisor’s name is displayed in this column. |

| Multi+search | These agents are excluded from the Distribution Group. The exclusion list overrides all other filters. |
Create a New Distribution Group
Click the Add button to create a new Distribution Group.

Enter the Name of the Distribution Group (required).
Enter any desired Distribution Filters to filter the Distribution Group by those agents who are eligible for leads based on those filters. See the Distribution Filters section in the User Registration article.
Click Update.

Distribution Filters | Specify restrictions using the Distribution Filters. If no filters are defined, all users are included in the group. Require State License: If the toggle is turned to Yes, leads will be distributed based on state licenses. Require Login: If the toggle is turned to Yes, leads will only be distributed to agents who are logged in to Insellerate. Require Loan Type: If the toggle is turned to Yes, leads will be distributed to those agents who are eligible based on the loan types listed in their User Registration. Require Loan Purpose Type: If the toggle is turned to Yes, leads will be distributed to those agents who are eligible based on the loan purpose types listed in their User Registration. Roles: Leads will be distributed to the roles selected from the dropdown list. Supervisors: Leads will be distributed to the supervisors selected from the dropdown list. Agents: Leads will be distributed to the agents selected from the dropdown list. Exclude Agents: Leads will NOT be distributed to the agents selected from the dropdown list. The exclusion list overrides all other filters.

Edit a Distribution Group
Click the Edit (pencil) button to edit an existing Distribution Group.

The Distribution Group window opens. Make the desired changes and click Update.
