If a user is having Trouble signing in via SSO please run through the following bullets.

  • B2C Object ID does not exist in User Table on the insellerate database but user exist in AAD

    • Delete in AAD, have user try again

  • The isActive column of the User Table on the insellerate database is set to 1

    • Login redirects to login is a side effect of this

  • SSO user account is provisioned in the client’s SSO tenant

    • The client’s IT team needs to verify this

  • Email address in Insellerate User Table and User Profile Table match provisioned email address of SSO user

    • Login redirects to login is a side effect of this

    • The client’s IT team needs to verify the email in the SSO tenant matches the email Insellerate has in the two tables
