inTouch is the communication hub of Insellerate. You can create contact strategies to better communicate and build relationships with the leads via the following methods:

  • Email

  • Ringless Voicemail (RVM)

  • SMS

  • Webhook

  • InTouch 3.0: Org and Role Level

  • Individual permissions for each action type: SMS, RVM, Webhook, Email


Main Grid

  • The inTouch main grid is located under the inTouch tab on the main navigation bar.

  • A new inTouch path can be added using the Add button at the top left-hand corner of the inTouch main grid. See the Path Setup article for more details.

  • An inTouch path can be inactivated for later use instead of being deleted.

  • An inTouch path can be edited or deleted through the inTouch main grid.

  • The maximum number of inTouch paths that can be created per organization is 35. When a path is marked 'Inactive,” it will not count toward the total of 35 allowed paths.

  • SMS and RVM queued to be sent outside of the TCPA state-level hours are rescheduled to be sent the following day within the next available TCPA hours.

inTouch Template - Paths and Tasks

  • An inTouch template consists of one inTouch path.

  • An inTouch path can consist of up to twenty tasks. It must contain at least one task to be successfully created.
