Action tools are specific shortcuts for actions that a user can perform on the lead. The action tools displayed for any user depend on the permissions granted to the user’s role and organization.

Action Tool

Description

Phone

  • Lists all phone numbers within the lead details and gives the user the ability to call

  • See the Click to Call article for details

SMS

Allows the user to open the SMS chatbox and send SMS messages to the lead

Follow up

Allows the user to create a follow up appointment for any lead

Add Note

Allows the user to add notes to the lead

Export

Allows the user to export lead data to any of the third-party systems configured with the organization

Property Info

Provides the option to display property details for the property information in lead details

No Sale/Do Not Contact

Used to move a lead directly to the No Sale or Do Not Contact status

Manager Review

Allows the user to add a Manager Review note to the lead

Download

Used to download the lead details in the following formats:

  • CSV file

  • Tab Delimited file

  • Fannie Mae file

Import

  • This action tool is used to import data from third-party integrations

    • Credit Report

    • Fiserv

    • Magnus

Assign

Used to assign agents to the lead

Change Status

Used to change the status of the lead to any status within the organization

Refresh

Used to refresh and load any updates made to the lead details
