Highlights

Review All Release Notes to see all of the system enhancements we have implemented.

There will be two releases on Friday, 5/3/24. First will be in the morning and available immediately. A second release will be Friday night to.

Release Friday Morning: AM

inFlow 2.0 Enhancements

Several enhancements were completed on the new inFlow user interface in Release 168.

  1. Set inFlow 2.0 table font sizes: User can define data table font: users can now define the font size and color for data tables in the new inflow via “Preferences”

  1. Sidebar Expanded or Collapsed: Sidebar can now be set as expanded or collapsed: user can have the side bar start and remain expanded or collapsed. If collapses, user can just hover over side bar to view options.

  1. Field Names character expansion: all field names will now show and not be cut off within the contact form sections.

  2. inFlow Classic view not required: Insellerate added a new permission that will remove the inFlow Classic option to users. If required, please contact Customer Support.

Phone Record API Update: can define application association

Partners or customers posting to the Insellerate phone record API can now define by Application ID to associate the phone record to. If no APP ID exists, phone number will be used.

intouch Email Processing: reporting updates

Email reporting was not accurately showing outcomes due to changes the email processing vendor used (Sendgrid). Insellerate implemented changes to make sure reporting is accurate.
