inFlow 2.0 Enhancements

Several enhancements were completed on the new inFlow user interface in Release 168.

1. Set inFlow 2.0 Table Fonts
   Users can now define the font type, size, and color for data tables in the new inFlow by accessing Preferences via their user avatar.

2. Sidebar Expanded or Collapsed
   Users can set the sidebar to start and remain expanded, or to be collapsed. If the sidebar is collapsed, users can just hover over sidebar to view the options.

3. Field Names Character Expansion
   All field names will now be visible and not be cut off within the Contact Form sections.
   
   

4. inFlow Classic View Not Required
   Insellerate added a new permission that will remove the inFlow Classic option to users. If required, please contact Customer Support.

Phone Record API Update: Define Application Association

Partners or customers posting to the Insellerate phone record API can now define by Application ID (APP ID) to associate the phone record to. If no APP ID exists, the phone number will be used.

inTouch Email Processing: Reporting Updates

Email reporting was not accurately showing outcomes due to changes the email processing vendor used (Sendgrid). Insellerate implemented changes to make sure reporting is accurate.
