User Logout Windows Notification
Insellerate will now let a Google Chrome users know if they will be logged out via the Windows native notification center. This will assist if the user is not actively on the Insellerate web app, but does not want to be logged out.
User will need to provide Windows and Google Chrome permission to activate this feature.
Quantum LOS Integration
Insellerate now has a direct integration with Quantum Reverse Mortgage LOS. Contact Customer Support if you need assistance with setting up this integration.
Lead Caps by Campaign and User (Beta)
Marketing and Sales Admins can now set default lead caps at the campaign level for all users OR define user specific lead caps for each campaign.
This is a beta item as of 3/10/2022 so please contact Customer Support to have feature added to your account.
Follow-up Scheduled Date Filter Criteria
A new application field filter is now available called “FollowupScheduledDate” for intouch, Custom Queues, and Custom Reports.
This field will let users know if a future follow-up is already scheduled so lead can be removed from marketing or queues since there is activity.
