The Content Library is in BETA testing. The product interface and images are regularly updated to ensure that the latest enhancements are documented. Some screenshots may not be in sync due to ongoing changes.

Description

All content types in the Content Library can be edited: Plain Editor, Regular Editor, HTML, and Uploaded. The ability to edit content is permission-based which ensures a controlled workflow. The system verifies if a user has the correct permissions when granting editing permissions.

Users with the correct permissions can instantly send out edited content. If the user is not a self-approver, the content is forwarded to the organization's designated approvers for review and approval. The approvers can modify the content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.
